When You Order, Delivery is Free

We offer free domestic deliveries in the UK so you can enjoy our products in even better conditions, and all of our products are carefully packed in boxes before being shipped. That's how we guarantee you will always be satisfied with our shop. 

Grand (up to 35lbs/16kg and weight of box is 18kg) or 

Mini (up to 20lbs/9kg weight of box is 13kg), when you receive your sofa-house, it will be in components that you can build together in a minute without any tools. 

Delivery of our Product

The dispatch and delivery of our product takes place within 3 working days from the day following the order and payment, with 48-hours delivery.

Returning and Refund

Our Product is made for Pets and their main communication language is smell. Therefore, we cannot resell the Product that has already opened. We can only refund the purchase price of Product returned with unopened packaging the day after the returned box has been inspected. Thank you for Your understanding.

Warrantee

Our Product is manufactured with the highest possible professional competence and is intended for Pets, therefore human behaviour cannot be expected from Them. The delivery of Product is protected by value insurance, however we cannot provide a guarantee from the moment of receipt, unpacking and use.
